1. Design Development - Conceptualize and create trend-driven collections with sketches, mood boards, and tech packs that reflect the brand's unique design philosophy.
2. Fabric & Textile Innovation - Work with diverse fabrics, explore textile techniques and incorporate embroidery and prints that elevate designs.
3. Trend Research & Forecasting - Stay ahead of fashion trends, competitor movements, and emerging market demands to develop fresh and innovative collections.
4. Sketching & Illustration - Develop detailed hand-drawn and digital illustrations to bring creative ideas to life.
5. Sampling & Product Development - Collaborate with artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers to translate designs from concept to final product.
6. Collection Planning - Strategically curate seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and market trends.
7. Creative Collaboration - Assist in styling, coordinating product shoots, and contributing to campaign visuals for e-commerce and marketing.
8. Social Media & Content Support - Work alongside the marketing team to showcase the craftsmanship, design process, and collections through engaging digital content.
