We are seeking two talented lead designers to join our team at The Limited Reserve, a luxury streetwear startup. As a lead designer, you will be responsible for creating ultra-limited drops that experiment with different aesthetics and techniques.
Your Responsibilities:
• Ideate and Shape: Lead concept workshops and mood-boarding that marry streetwear with unexpected aesthetics.
• Design Precisely: Craft flat sketches, drape studies, fabric experiments, and full tech packs in Illustrator, Procreate or CLO 3D.
• Collaborate & Execute: Partner with pattern-makers, artisans, and manufacturers to bring each limited-run sample to life.
• Refine Every Detail: Oversee fittings, tweak garment patterns, and perfect finishes—because in limited runs, every stitch matters.
About You:
• Experience: 3+ years in luxury, streetwear and high-end fashion design (men's or women's).
• Technical Mastery: Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, CLO 3D, pattern-making, draping & fabric manipulation.
• Creative Vision: A portfolio that tells a story—bold fusions, impeccable craftsmanship, and modern-mythic flair.
• Values Match: Collaborative, detail-obsessed, and driven to experiment with new aesthetics.
• Local: Based in Ahmedabad (or surrounding area) and ready to work on-site.
