Role Description

This is a full-time or part time Hybrid role for a Specialist in Merchandise and Sourcing, Fashion Designer at Sipai, located in Rajkot. The specialist will be responsible for designing fashion pieces, managing sourcing and procurement of fashion textiles, and ensuring proper fitting and quality of the garments. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with other fashion designers, overseeing the production process, and ensuring that all designs meet the company’s style and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Fashion Design and Embroidery

• Experience with Textiles and Fabric Sourcing

• Proficiency in ensuring proper Fitting and Styling of garments

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Experience in the fashion industry is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

• Experinced or working in Zara ,H&M,Levis,Allen Solly etc
