Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design Deities Designers outfits that reflect the brand's values of comfort, luxury, and effortless elegance, while respecting the divine inspiration behind the designs.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand the latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques, and incorporate them into innovative designs.
• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize concepts and present them effectively to the team.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the designed outfits are manufacturable and align with the company's quality standards.
• Participate in fabric selection, color palette development, and embellishment choices to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the designs.
• Stay updated with the evolving preferences of the target audience and adapt designs accordingly, maintaining a balance between tradition and contemporary fashion.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide design insights and contribute to the creation of captivating marketing materials.
• Participate in fittings and adjustments, ensuring that the final product aligns with the initial design vision and offers unmatched comfort and elegance.
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of Nikunjeshwari's product portfolio by exploring new design segments and suggesting innovative ideas.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, upholding the brand's commitment to unparalleled quality and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, management, and production, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a luxury fashion or couture setting.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, garment construction, and embellishments.
• Creative flair and an ability to conceptualize unique designs that resonate with the brand's divine inspiration.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the brand's quality standards.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both innovative and manufacturable.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and a deep appreciation for the brand's divine philosophy.
