Job Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Designer to join our team at OZEETA. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for our fashion line. The role requires a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visual designs. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with 1-3 years of experience

• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Excellent creativity and artistic skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and manufacturing processes

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Sewing and crafting skills

• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Roles And Responsibilities

• Create and develop designs for our fashion line based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines

• Conduct research and analysis to identify new design concepts, fabrics, and techniques

• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for the production team

• Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final product

• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of designs

• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis

• Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and events to gather inspiration and showcase our designs

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns

• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns
