Your Role: Fashion Designer Western Wear
We are seeking a Fashion Designer with a passion for western fashion and the ability to harness AI tools to accelerate design ideation, trend research, and collection development. You will be responsible for creating versatile, stylish, and wearable western apparel that appeals to diverse customers.
What Youll Do
Design and develop western wear collections
Utilize AI-based tools for moodboarding, silhouette exploration, and quick prototyping
Experience with 3D fashion design software, especially CLO 3D
Produce detailed technical sketches, specs, and construction documents
Collaborate closely with fabric sourcing, sampling, and production teams
Interpret fashion trends and consumer insights into commercially viable designs
Oversee sample development, fit assessments, and production handovers
Should have a strong knowledge of colors, detailing, and a keen awareness of the latest trends and innovations in the market
What You Bring
A strong portfolio showcasing western wear designs across various categories
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software
Working knowledge of AI design platforms such as Midjourney, Firefly, or DALLE
Solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit principles
Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
Ability to visualize and communicate creative ideas clearly
Experience in sampling, fit review, and production processes
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Jaipur
Bonus: Experience working with D2C brands or fast fashion manufacturing
