Fashion Designer (Woven & Knit) Experience: 23 years Industry: Fashion / Apparel / D2C Location: Shyamal & Narol (Design and Development) Salary Range: 40,000 50,000 per monthRole Overview We are looking for a hands-on Fashion Designer who can independently design and execute woven and knitwear styles with high precision. This role is execution-heavy and fast-paced, requiring the ability to design, develop, and close styles quickly in line with business timelines. The ideal candidate is a task master , detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where 3040 new designs are executed every month .Key Responsibilities Design & Development Design woven and knitwear styles from concept to final execution Develop tech packs, measurements, trims, and fabric details Ensure design feasibility, fit accuracy, and production readiness Work closely with sampling and production teams for fast turnarounds Speed & Execution Deliver 3040 new designs per month across categories Manage multiple styles simultaneously without compromising quality Close designs within defined timelines and handover for sampling/production Coordination & Communication Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, and merchandising teams Communicate design intent clearly to vendors and internal teams Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate designs efficiently Tools & Systems Use basic design tools such as: Adobe Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW (if applicable) Maintain organised design files, tech packs, and references Required Skills & Experience Must-Have 23 years of experience as a Fashion Designer Strong hands-on experience in woven and knit garments Ability to execute designs with speed and accuracy Comfortable handling high design volumes (3040 styles/month) Good verbal and written communication skills Strong task ownership and time management skills Good to Have Experience with menswear (shirts, polos, tees, chinos, denims) Exposure to D2C or fast-fashion environments Understanding of costing and production feasibility Hiring Process Requirement A design assignment/project will be given as part of the hiring process Candidate must be comfortable completing the project within a defined timeline The assignment will evaluate execution speed, detailing, and practicality What Were Looking For Execution-focused designer (not only conceptual) Ability to match a fast-moving brands pace Strong attention to detail Clear communication and an ownership mindset Why Join Us High design ownership and creative freedom Fast-growing fashion brand environment Exposure to the complete design-to-production lifecycle
