Who are we Looking For?
As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing fashion collections that align with our brand's vision and resonate with our target audience. You will play a pivotal role in leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring captivating and innovative designs to life.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal fashion collection ideas in line with brand style and market trends.
- Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings using software like CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for fresh design perspectives.
- Mentor junior designers by providing feedback and fostering collaboration.
- Contribute insights during brainstorming and design reviews for cohesive strategies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and adapt to feedback.
- Manage multiple projects, delivering quality designs on time.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and production for aligned designs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including illustrations, sketches, and technical drawings.
