• Looking for Junior Level & Senior Level
• A degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a reputable institution such as JD Institute of Fashion, IIFT, TIT, or equivalent.
You will play a pivotal role in the design process, assisting in the development of women's wear collections that resonate with our target audience in the US and Canada markets.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Strategic Designer to conceptualize and develop new women's wear fashion collections.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Create detailed technical sketches, CAD drawings, and design specifications for prototypes and production.
- Source materials, trims, and embellishments for sample development and production.
- Support the development of mood boards, color palettes, and fabric swatches for seasonal collections.
- Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment fit, construction, and quality.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs and timely delivery of samples.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fashion forecasts, and emerging technologies in the fashion design field.
• Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a reputable institution such as JD Institute of Fashion, Indian Institute of Fashion Technology, TIT, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's wear.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software.
- Strong sketching and illustration skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and draping techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
