Fashion Educator

ustin Community College is dedicated to promoting student success and community development. This position involves teaching Fashion Design courses in an innovative and engaging manner, reflecting a commitment to equity and understanding of culturally responsive teaching. The ideal candidate has:

• Demonstrated proficiency in using computer applications, online resources, and other technologies for the classroom.

• Experienced working with industrial sewing equipment and having professional pattern making experience is recommended.

• A background in the fashion industry is preferred.

• Strong skills in sewing construction techniques, pattern making, and draping.

We seek a candidate who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in the Fashion Design program. The selected individual will be part of a team committed to fostering student knowledge, skills, and training.
