Popstation's Management Trainee Program is a structured growth pathway for those who want to build a long-term career in fashion entrepreneurship and brand building.
Over the course of 12 months, you'll work directly with founders and functional heads across our core verticals:
• Discover (Brand strategy, client onboarding)
• Design (Product design strategy, sample development, etc)
• Develop (Production, sourcing, AI tools)
• Deliver (Sales, marketing, growth strategy)
In Year 2, you'll transition into a focused leadership role based on your performance and interest.
