Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury service as a Fashion Expert in a high-end boutique environment. Act as a trusted style partner and storyteller, building lasting client relationships while achieving individual and boutique sales goals. Support operational and visual standards to ensure an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide bespoke, high-touch client service and personalized styling
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through follow-up and clienteling tools
• Represent the brand through knowledgeable storytelling and product expertise
• Support bespoke orders, repairs, after-sales care, and special client requests
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards; support stock management and POS accuracy
Requirements
• Passion for fashion with strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Client-focused and results-driven with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Digitally savvy with strong organizational abilities
• Collaborative team player willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Multilingual skills are a plus
