The Only Agency is seeking a Fashion & Lifestyle Partnerships Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for personal branding and storytelling, a deep understanding of fashion trends, the ability to predict industry shifts, and a strong interest in fashion, media, and/or entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Compose brand partnership pitches.
Update and maintain clients’ social calendars.
Continue to foster and grow existing relationships with PR and brand contacts.
Maintain clients’ existing partnerships as well as produce outreach for future partnerships.
Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered in a timely manner.
Schedule meetings and send product requests.
Stay informed about fashion trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and opportunities for stylists.
Negotiate contracts and terms for stylists, ensuring favorable agreements that align with both stylist and client objectives.
Monitor and analyze the success of styling projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
2 years of experience working in fashion, and/or PR.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail
Comfortable conducting business by email and phone
Problem solving in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks.
At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our Los Angeles office, and will require a presence in the office 4-5 days a week.
The offered salary for this role will be based on factors such as experience, education, skill set, geographic location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
