Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with fabricators in the Jaipur area to ensure quality production and timely delivery of goods.
Manage inventory and coordinate stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently.
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for fashion collections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
Develop creative and strategic merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and sales.
Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before launching in the market.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and merchandise trends.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a fashion merchandiser in the apparel or textile industry.
Extensive knowledge of Jaipur's fabricators and production landscape.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Passion for fashion and an eye for design and detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.
