Key Responsibilities
Determine the seasonal design count based on inputs and direction from the Marketing Head.
Source necessary raw materials and trims for sampling.
Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute sampling processes.
Analyze and evaluate processes by estimating time and cost requirements.
Prepare and finalize product MRPs.
Obtain final sample approvals from the Marketing Head.
Place bulk raw material orders post sample approval.
Generate Purchase Order slips and submit them for approval.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material availability and deliveries.
Plan, track, and monitor all bulk production activities.
Regularly update the marketing team on product status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Maintain production reports and timelines using Excel and Logic ERP, and share updates with the HOD.
Review design sheets from designers and provide production-related feedback.
Visit job workers to monitor sampling and oversee approvals.
