SHATHA ESSA is a womenswear label based in Dubai. across a diverse range of cultures and nationalities.

Within 6 years of launching the brand, Shatha Essa has managed to gain interna- tional recognition on magazines such as Harpers Bazaar, Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Savoir Flair and many more. SHATHA ESSA is also stocked in leading internation- al stockists such as Farfetch, Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols, Saks Fifth Avenue,
Ounass and many more. The Fashion Production & Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, sourcing raw materials and suppliers, coordinating with factories and artisans, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality collections. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of fabrics and trims, and the ability to liaise with both local and international vendors. Production Management
• Coordinate the full production cycle from sampling to final delivery.
• Prepare and manage production calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with ateliers, manufacturers, and suppliers to monitor production progress.
• Conduct quality control checks on samples and final pieces.
• Track production costs and report variances against budget.
Sourcing & Procurement
• Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and other raw materials locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, mills, and artisans.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities with vendors.
• Evaluate new suppliers for quality, reliability, and sustainability.
• Ensure all materials meet brand quality standards and creative requirements.
Logistics & Coordination
• Manage shipments of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and PRO for imports/exports.
• Maintain updated records of inventory levels of fabrics and trims.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and distribution for stockists and clients.
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work closely with design team on material selection and sampling.
• Support finance with purchase orders, supplier payments, and cost sheets.
• Align with marketing and sales teams on delivery timelines for campaigns and launches.
• Report regularly to management on production and sourcing status.
