Position: - Fashion Sales Consultant
Location: - Govandi (W.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide personalized shopping assistance.
- Offer styling advice based on body type, preferences, and occasion.
- Stay updated on trends and product knowledge to make recommendations.
- Educate customers on the brand, product range, and seasonal collections.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the shopping experience.
- Explain offers, discounts, and policies clearly.
- Promote the loyalty program and guide customers on point redemption.
- Assist with sizing, measurements, and styling advice.
- Close sales and negotiate to meet customer needs.
- Handle payments and ensure secure transactions.
- Use retail software for inventory, billing, and customer profiles.
- Follow up on post-sale queries and delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of retail/customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven upselling and cross-selling abilities.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling.
- Proficiency in retail software and CRM systems.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and creatively.
