ODN is also aggressively expanding into the US and European markets, solidifying its position as the leader in Shop-Now Content and driving superior E-commerce conversions through content. Role Overview: As a Senior Fashion Stylist at ODN, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the quality standards for our Delhi studio. You will be responsible for improving the shoot quality and setting new benchmarks for standards from a styling & art direction perspective. This position requires a blend of creativity, trend awareness, and strong collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Style Development: Curate and create looks & style decks for photoshoots. Trend Research: Stay ahead of fashion trends and incorporate them into your styling to ensure our clients are consistently getting new & exciting work Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, and raw QC’s teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Photoshoot Styling: Select outfits, accessories, and props for photoshoots, ensuring that each look is polished and aligns with the creative vision of the brand. Creative Input: Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to elevate the brand’s visual presence in the market. Qualifications: Experience: 3-6 years of experience in fashion styling, preferably in a studio space. Fashion Knowledge: Deep understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes. Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual stories. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous styling work.
