Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions
- Be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces
In the area of Visual Merchandising, you will ensure that the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes. Working with the team, you will create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers.
When it comes to Customer Relationship Management, your focus will be on building lasting relationships with customers. By understanding their style preferences, you can provide personalized recommendations and follow up with regulars on upcoming launches or promotions that may interest them.
Sales Goals:
- Drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience and encouraging add-ons or complete looks
- Meet personal and store sales targets by promoting items effectively
Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person
