Position: Fashion Stylist Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Kharadi-Pune, Maharashtra, India
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Rent An Attire&aposs Indore store to gain hands-on experience in the fashion rental industry. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to client handling, styling, store operations, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Handling and Styling:
• Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their preferences and occasion.
• Provide styling advice to enhance the client&aposs overall look.
• Manage customer queries and ensure a positive in-store experience.
2. Store Operations:
• Support daily store activities, including inventory management and organization.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
3. Outfit Preparation and Coordination:
• Prepare outfits for client pickups and returns.
• Inspect and maintain the quality of garments before and after rentals.
• Coordinate timely garment alterations and cleaning schedules.
4. Market Visits and Sourcing:
• Participate in sourcing trips to identify potential fashion items and accessories.
• Build relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
5. Visual Merchandising (VM):
• Assist in designing and maintaining attractive in-store displays.
• Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Update displays based on seasonal collections and promotions.
6. Customer Service and Emergency Handling:
• Address customer issues effectively, including last-minute outfit requests or returns.
• Handle emergency situations, such as garment damage or order mix-ups, with professionalism.
7. Sales and Store Promotions:
• Support promotional events and in-store campaigns.
• Assist with online and offline sales strategies.
• Encourage cross-selling and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and styling.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
