TASVA is a newly launched Menswear ethnic brand from the house of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. and in collaboration with Tarun Tahiliani.
We are looking for Customer care executives/Fashion consultants/Stylists to build our retail store teams. In this role you are expected to
1. Engage with the customer meaningfully, to understand the need and assist the customer in creating the desired look.
2. Offer trials to the customers and ensure sales.
3.Work in a team to ensure the achievement of the store KPIs , maintain store merchandise , ensure VM implementation and in store SOPs compliances.
Skills needed :
1. 3+ plus years of retail sales experience in Fashion Apparel & lifestyle.
2. Good communication skills. Should be able to speak English and the regional language.
3. Is well groomed and should have a pleasing personality.
4. An attitude to delight customer.
