F&B Reservations Agent, Food & Beverage
3+ hours, 5 days per week
We’re looking for an F&B Reservations Agent to join our iconic F&B Reservations team.

As a F&B Reservations Agent at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
• Take reservations via phone or email for three outlets: The Rosebery, The Aubrey and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
• Actively gathering information about special requirements, guest preferences, allergies, celebrations, etc
• Confirming bookings through phone calls and e-mails 48 hours before the date of the booking
• Following up on any special requests related to reservations
• Understanding all outlets layout and table/ floor plans
• Communicating all special requests and arrangements to restaurant management
As a F&B Reservations Agent, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 3+ hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful F&B Reservations Agent candidate, you will be organised, fluent in English both verbal and written, have experience within hospitality and ideally have worked in a luxury hotel environment.
