Atop Level 80, Atria is The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne’s signature dining destination, offering an elevated bar experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. As a Bartender at Atria, you will be the curator of refined moments, delivering thoughtfully crafted beverages, personalized guest interactions in a space defined by elegance and refined ambiance. This role requires passion for the art of mixology, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality.

Job Summary

Craft and serve an exceptional range of classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, and wine selections with confidence and flair.
Provide tailored recommendations and beverage pairings, anticipating guest preferences and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Maintain the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and luxury presentation.
Uphold all RSA guidelines and contribute to a responsible and safe drinking environment.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service flow.
Prepare mise-en-place before service and ensure bar is fully stocked with premium ingredients and garnishes.
Share knowledge with guests about beverage origins, techniques, and flavour profiles to enrich their experience.
Support a culture of genuine hospitality, teamwork, and excellence that reflects the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
Who we are looking for:

This is a full-time role
Holds full working rights in Australia (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role)
Holds a current RSA certificate valid in Victoria
Previous experience in a premium or luxury bar or restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar operations
Impeccable grooming, communication, and attention to detail
A warm, engaging presence with a genuine passion for guest service
Available to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
