As one of our experts, you'll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You'll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you'll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well-fed, happy and wanting to come back for more. What you'll do
• To ensure that the restaurant breakfast area is prepared and ready for service as per department checklist.
• Menu knowledge is essential. To be able to recommend and to "sell" menu items using suggestive and up-selling techniques in a professional manner.
• To ensure that food and drinks are served in a consistent manner, in line with standard presentation for food and drinks
• To follow the clearing procedure and ensure all room are cleared after each shift

• Positive outlook and dependability This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, you'll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping, and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
