Job Description – Steward
Location: Chakala, Andheri East
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Tips + Food
Duty Hours: 10 hours a day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 weekly off as per standard
About the Role:
We are looking for a well-groomed and service-oriented Steward to join the team at our Hotel. The ideal candidate should be courteous, attentive, and capable of providing guests with a pleasant dining experience while maintaining the hotel’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure tables are set properly before service and cleared promptly after.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant setup.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
