FCI CCM - Generative AI Developer - LLM

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java development combined with hands-on experience in Generative AI frameworks and models.

The role demands a balance of programming expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.

Candidates will work on real-world AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models for business applications.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bring AI-driven solutions into production.

• Utilize Java programming skills to integrate AI solutions into scalable systems.

• Contribute to research and experimentation with emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks.

• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

• Actively participate in brainstorming and innovation sessions, bringing forward new ideas and approaches.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI (e., LLMs, transformers, or diffusion models).

• 2 to 3 years of solid experience in Java development with strong coding skills.

• Must be on the consultancys payroll.

• Open to working full-time onsite from Noida.
