Hybrid Working

Introduction:

• Ensure to achieve your target along with team members queries to make top on SLAs.

• Excellent skill on Decision making and Logical thinking

• Excellent knowledge of Sanctions policy

• Excellent skill in understand the payments skills

• Experience in Compliance related payments

• To manage stakeholders and Quality calls on time without any escalation.

• Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents.

• Assist the Team Manger in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.
What will you be doing?

• Check and allocate all new urgent requests

• Daily buzz discuss previous day recognise high performers and set target for the current day

• Continue to monitor workflow and urgent requests and reallocate cases accordingly

• Ensure all one to ones are completed on a monthly basis

• Promote Lean and CI

• Ensure all LMS is completed and exceptions raised within a timely manner

• Review Blueworks/ procedures to align with any changes/ required updates

• Risk- Raising case review in an event of complaint or risk event

• Plan following weeks work based on resource available and WIP

What we're looking for:

• In-depth knowledge in, Sanction,payments, Know Your Customer (KYC) process including ability to perform On boarding /refresh / remediation, across Low, and medium risk client categories

• Expert working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and Power Point skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills that will help you in the role:
o Experience in Payment screening/Sanction.
o Willing to work on Complete night shift & Rotational shift basis on requirements and need of business.
o Experience of working in BPO/KPO, experience in KYC/SANCTIONS/ADVERSE MEDIA SCREENING
o Familiarity with procedures, policies, products and services of a financial organisation
o Demonstrate experience of workflow / queues management and people leadership (preferred)
o Excellent track record during past work experience
