• Collaborate closely with designers, social media editors, and multimedia teams to shape content that perform well across platforms.
• Edit copy swiftly and crisply, with strong judgment on tone, structure, and what resonates with young readers.
• Pitch new content ideas that align with current trends, pop culture, and the interests of a career-driven youth audience.
• Ensure all content is factually accurate, well-structured, and aligned with editorial standards.
• Stay current on digital content trends, SEO practices, and audience engagement strategies.
