1. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
• To ideate, write, edit, and commission stories to our network of freelance writers; for AD's
website. Should be a strong and fast writer.
• To work with the Audience Development team, to understand what's driving traffic, edit as per SEO, and create content that expands our audience reach.
• To work with digital teams from AD's global titles and share content with them, understand what works across markets and cultures, and syndicate accordingly.
• To think of new ideas, engage younger audiences, audiences in cities beyond Mumbai and Delhi, to have an eye for stories that will work brilliantly on digital.
• To think of ideas for video, home tours, social media and other digital-forward ideas.
2. Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills, immaculate attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with others.
• Must be savvy with digital formats and social media.
• Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Should have at least have 3 to 5 years of work experience in journalism / websites / magazines/ e-commerce / creative arts.

• Preferred: working knowledge of publishing software such as InDesign, InCopy

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/English Literature preferred
• Experience - 3 to 5 years
