Ride Technician - FEC Industry -
Description
The job holder is responsible for working with the Unit Manager / Team Leader to ensure that all equipment's, rides are maintained regularly as per preventive maintenance schedule and repair are resolved promptly.
Operational Standards and Management
Installation, operation & maintenance of PLC controlled land amusements, water rides, Pneumatics and Hydraulic Equipment, Motors and Gearboxes etc.
• Conduct preventive maintenance is equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with equipment's manual
• Conduct breakdown maintenance in prompt manner to keep down time as minimum as possible.
• Maintenance of Fault record to monitor the the down time of the outlet.
• Provide requirements of spare parts required to attend the call
• Proper management of spare parts stock to keep downtime minimum
• Keep all tools in proper maintained conditions
• Ensure maintenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.
• Training to outlets team for proper usage of equipment's / rides
• Analyzing the faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any reoccurrence of problem
Qualifications
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training - Electrical/Mechanical Diploma , ITI
3 - 5 years of work experience in the FEC industry
Good communication skills - English
