Responsibilities
Join our team as a Technical Content Specialist and support the Department of Defense's Office of Corporate Communications by ensuring clear and precise communication
Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Proofreading and editing communications materials, including briefing documents, reports, and multimedia content
Ensuring all materials are free from grammatical, punctuation, and formatting errors
Maintaining adherence to AP Style and the agency's correspondence guidelines
Assisting in the research and development of communication products
Collaborating closely with writers and visual information specialists to enhance the readability and effectiveness of communication materials
Participate in customer meetings and information sessions to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
Managing multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Join our team as a Technical Content Specialist and support the Department of Defense's Office of Corporate Communications by ensuring clear and precise communication. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to shape the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) public and internal image, enhancing the strategic impact of its missions. This is a full-time position that will require the employee to work onsite at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC. Monday - Friday, normal working hours.
