What You’ll Do
Drive Business Growth: Use sophisticated sales and communication skills to articulate why our advice-only model is the best option for the client and close the deal.
Lead Discovery Consultations: Conduct initial video consultations to uncover client needs, build immediate trust, and demonstrate your professional value.
Persistent Lead Management: Take full ownership of the sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads to move them through the planning process. You will be supported by our marketing team’s lead generation efforts to ensure your calendar stays active.
Craft Comprehensive Plans: Utilize industry-leading software (Snap Projections or Adviice) and AI tools like Google Gems and Notebooks to build tailored financial plans and scenarios.
Deliver High-Impact Presentations: Present complex written financial plans via Google Meets in a way that is professional, personal, and easy for clients to digest.
Nurture Relationships: Provide ongoing advice and service to a dedicated portfolio of families and business owners, ensuring their action items stay on track.
Maintain Technical Excellence: Research evolving financial planning topics to ensure every recommendation is backed by current data and best practices.
What You Bring
3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a client-facing financial planning or sales-heavy role.
Elite Sales Ability: You are comfortable selling yourself and your advice; you don't rely on a "big brand" logo to establish credibility.
Certified Expertise: A CFP® designation is required (or PFP®/working toward CFP).
Tech-Forward Mindset: High degree of proficiency in financial planning software and a commitment to being an AI practitioner.
Remote Discipline: The ability to work independently from a home office while maintaining high focus and professional standards.
Values Alignment: A genuine passion for and belief in the fee-only/advice-only financial planning model.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are only interested in technical back-office planning and have no interest in proactive sales, consistent lead follow-up, or the "soft-sell" of professional expertise, this job is not for you. We are looking for advisors who love connecting with people and closing the deal.

Our Hiring Process:
Initial Interview: A 30-minute deep dive into your credentials, your philosophy on advice-only planning, and your overall fit for our remote culture.
Discovery & Sales Role Play: A mock initial consultation. We want to see how you present yourself, the specific discovery questions you ask to uncover pain points, and—most importantly—how you "close" the client on the value of our advice-only model.
Final Values Alignment: A final conversation to discuss long-term goals, compensation structure, and a deep dive into our AI-driven planning tools.
