In full collaboration with the Sales Managers, the Feed Application Engineer will give the necessary support and provide the technological expertise to the local team, to partners (distributors/agents) and to key accounts to use correctly Adisseo additives. The Feed Application Engineer will propose adapted and tailored technological solutions and propose services to key customers such as equipment installation design, implementation and maintenance. Feed Application Engineer may also contribute to the conception of the marketing strategy (technological aspects) including the elaboration of suitable services.
As Such The Main Missions Are
• Manage the development of product application technologies: Conception & design of the equipment installation to use Adisseo additives, implementation in the key customers and project management (quotes, budget, delays, suppliers, contracts, implementation, proper training validation)
• Technological support: train partners and suppliers to design, implement and check additive equipment installation, carry out audit of plants and equipment installations and advise key customers on plant design, explain and provide tailored solutions to issues related to additives application and assist in the interpretation of lab analyses and technological trials performances
• Marketing strategy contribution: contribute to marketing intelligence regarding feed manufacturing and additive application, contribute to the elaboration of marketing tools proposed by local and global marketing teams and train customers and manage workshops related to ADISSEO products and feed milling industry.
Profile
• Graduated in mechanical/electrical, feed technology or Agriculture Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a feed mill, flour mill or food processing environment as production manager, feed quality manager or production maintenance manager.
• Knowledge of computer systems (PLC software) and industrial automation within the feed or food industries
• Fluent in English, Hindi and other local language
• 60% of the time in the field
• Solution oriented person, autonomous, rigorous with good communication and analytical capabilities.
