Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in managing P&L, handling charge matrices, knowledge of Xelerate/TBMS system, and MS Excel skills. Your expertise in analytical tools and software will be essential in analyzing data and creating reports.
Responsibilities:
• Fee Income Achievements: Monitor overall fee income achievements and identify process gaps in the charging ecosystem.
• Pricing Strategies: Benchmark global best practices and make necessary pricing revisions.
• Complaint Management: Improve complaint management processes and reduce reversals.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure 100% timely closure of audit/compliance points and adherence to RBI guidelines.
