• Pricing Strategies: Benchmark global best practices and make necessary pricing revisions.
• Complaint Management: Improve complaint management processes and reduce reversals.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure 100% timely closure of audit/compliance points and adherence to RBI guidelines.
