Job Description
We are Looking for a Female architect interior designer with at least 10 years of experience in architecture an interior designer with a dynamic outlook for handling a variety of projects from corporate office interiors to retail interiors and selective architectural works. The candidate should be looking to gain exposure to a variety of activities from designing detailing, and estimation to client interaction , and should be ready to lead the project. Candidate should be ready to travel for outstation sites also. The focused candidates looking to further their careers in the long term would be preferred. Proficiency in sketching apart from software like AutoCad, sketch-up, Photo-shop and MS office would be desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Control project from start to finish to ensure high- quality, innovative and functional design.
2. Take the brief to identify client needs and put together feasibility, reports and design proposals.
3. Develop ideas keeping in mind clients need building usage and environment impact.
4. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
5. Compile project specifications.
6. Keep within budgets and timelines.
7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes guidelines and regulations.
8. Make a site visits to check on project status and report on project.
+. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
10. Follow architectural trends and advancements.
11. Undertake design project from concept to completion.
12. Define project requirements and schedule during the brief.
13. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
14. Set costs and project fees according to budget.
15. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
16. Produce samples and mood products.
17. Supervise work progress.
18. Work closely with designer decorators, architects and contractors.
1+. Research and follow industry changes evolutions and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
1. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations), renovations, space planning and new constructions.
2. Expertise in layout color lightning, material selection custom furniture and all installations.
3. Proficient in Auto cad, Sketch-up and 3D’s max, illustrator and other design programs.
4. Excellent portfolio of previous works.
5. Creative talent imagination and eye for design.
6. Communication and presentation skills.
7. Project management skills.
8. BS degree in interior design or similar.
+. Proven working experience as an architect.
10. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
11. Expert knowledge of building product, construction details and relevant times, rules and regulations and quality standard.
12. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software ( adobe photo shop, Sketch up , 3d studio viz or similar.
13. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in 3 dimensions.
14. Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
15. Communication and project management skills

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
