Urgently hiring a hard working Female Back Office Executive at a Kolkata based online shopping firm with good communication skill in English & track record.
Candidate must be efficient in Basic Excel with good speaking & writing ability in English, must be computer literate with knowledge in Internet Surfing.
Freshers are also welcome if she suits the criteria.
Responsibilities and Duties
Need to have knowledge On-line posting and submission.
Maintaining MIS and sending Weekly Reports to the respective Department Manager at every Weekend.
Need to coordinate with employees and departmental managers over phone and email. Should have knowledge in official mail communications.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Every Executive must have sufficient knowledge of Internet, MS-Word, MS-Excel and Social Media site with good English communication skills. She should be at least graduate. Good writing skills will be an added advantage.
