Job Description:

As a Female Bouncer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our venue. You will be responsible for managing crowd control, handling conflict situations, and providing a welcoming presence for our guests. Your role will include:

- Monitoring and maintaining order within the venue.

- Checking IDs and managing entry to ensure compliance with age regulations.

- Handling disruptive or potentially dangerous situations with professionalism.

- Collaborating with other security staff and management to ensure a smooth operation.

- Providing assistance and support to guests when needed.

- Conducting regular patrols and ensuring all areas are secure.

• *Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a security or bouncer role is preferred, but not essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and authority.

- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.

- Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
