As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate/institutional clients to promote our new healthcare services and forge strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth through corporate outreach. Reports To: Marketing Manager Education Required: Any Graduate. An MBA in Marketing would be preferable ❖ Professional Experience Required: Prior Experience in Business Development preferably in the Service sector. Minimum years: 2 years Responsibilities - 1) Corporate call strategy 2) Relationship building 3) Lead generation 4) Apetite to learn 5) Market research 6) Referral marketing 7) Report & Analysis The Person: Ø Must possess drive and initiative, while being a trusted and reliable business partner to our clients Ø Any graduate with professional background in healthcare, pharma, would be added advantage. Ø You should have a strong interest in healthcare and resonate with our vision “Quality Healthcare in the convenience of your Home” Ø Strong professional communicator across verbal, written and presentation formats Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals and form strategic partnerships. Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Work Environment: Organization wide including visits to prospective clients Key Interface: Internal: Marketing Team External: Prospective clients, Ad agencies , healthcare, social, government or corporate institutions. Competencies: Ø Computer proficiency such as MS word, Excel. Ø Analytical skill and sound clinical judgement.
