Job Description
• Overall Responsible for the Sales Function of the Restaurant Group.
• Responsible for planning and development the marketing plan and promotional strategies
for increase the sales and revenue.
• Ensure extend a professional support service to the General Manager to achieve the
maximum revenue.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.
• Strong research and follow up skills.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and
prospective clients, including assisting in making telephone calls and scheduling in-person
visits and presentations ensuring reflection of the Finch brand.
• Conduct Market research and develop new marketing strategies and new products and
services to achieve the maximum revenue according to the recommendations from the
market research
