Job Description
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati is a must, command over English and Hindi languages will be an added advantage
- Knowledge / understanding of online user behavior
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
- Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Possess an ability to establish a rapport with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Good general knowledge as well as market knowledge of Real Estate sector in Gujarat
• Responsibilities:
- Acquire thorough knowledge of various products marketed by the company
- Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the backend
- Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
- Manages the office and administration duties as per the Company policy
• Educational Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:
- Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Creative thinker with the ability to understand and transform technical information and convey the same to the customers in an appropriate manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with mínimal direct supervision
- Excellent planning, organizing and negotiating skills
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines
