Job Description:
We are hiring a Female Dance Teacher for our organization, who should have good communication skills (written and verbal) and good computer knowledge.
Dance Teacher is responsible for teaching online dance to students in a variety of styles and levels. The Teacher is expected not only to perform basic moves but also teach advanced techniques (Western and Classical). This position requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum 1-2yrs of teaching Experience.
Provide instruction in dance to students.
Provide feedback on student's performance, progress and learning outcomes for the class.
Assess students' ability to perform at their best while maintaining an appropriate level of discipline.
Develop dance curriculum and prepare lesson plans.
Provide a fun and creative environment.
Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed.
Must be able to teach dance classes on a regular schedule.
Ability and willingness to learn new techniques, styles and concepts of dance with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively interact with students, parents and other Teachers.
Conduct group/private lessons as required.
