Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated female Disability Support Workers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting people with complex disabilities to join our growing team; candidates of Indonesian background are preferred, and applicants aged between 30–40 years are preferred.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities by promoting independence, empowerment, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support to individuals with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities
Assist clients with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication assistance
Support participants in accessing the community, engaging in social and recreational activities, and attending appointments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals involved in the participant’s care
Requirements:
Previous experience in disability support or a similar role (preferred)
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or relevant qualification
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others

Pay: $31.76 – $41.76 per hour
