Job Description

Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting , welcoming , directing and announcing them appropriately
General Administration Management including Stationary and other office procurements
Answering phone calls forwarding to respective department
Update and maintained each and every excel sheet of the data record daily base
Handle walked in candidates as well as client and other visitors
Responsible for travel arrangement for employees & guest within & outside the country which will include visa processing, invitation letter, ticket booking, accommodation, etc.
Maintain travel expense reports.
Hotel stay arrangement and follow-up
Car Bookings and bill clearance for all the employees of the company.
