Job Title:

Pune Admin School Support Position
• Female graduates with pleasing personality to work with young children in rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all administrative activities and tasks
• Attend calls, manage files, handle petty cash, collect fees and maintain order
• Manage attendance, enquiry and other related tasks
• Inculcate good manners and values in children

Requirements:
• Any graduation
• 2-6 years of front office and admin experience
• Tech savvy MS Office skills mainly MS Word and MS Excel, internet

Additional Skills:
• Positive attitude towards work and children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours and Schedule:
• 9 hours shift from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Mon to Fri
• Alternate Saturday working
• Sunday fixed off

We are looking for a female graduate with a pleasing personality who can work with young children in a rapidly growing organization.

The ideal candidate should have any graduation, 2-6 years of front office and admin experience and be tech savvy with MS Office skills mainly MS Word and MS Excel, internet.

The job involves responsible administrative tasks and requires the candidate to have a positive attitude towards work and children.

Apart from being responsible and skilled, the ideal candidate should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
