Female HR Executive - Generalist | 30 -35 K | 3-5 Yrs | WFOffice
Salary : 25-35 K | Exp: 3-5 Yrs as "HR Generalist" | Location : WFOffice, RT Nagar, North BLR
6 days work Week | Note : Only Bangalore candidates considered
- HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition/Hiring
-Talent Acquisition/Hiring for different positions, ensuring the right hire for the right job
- Reviewing JDs of positions & updating them in consultation with Team Manager
- New employees joining formalities, offer Negotiation, roll out | Exit Processes
- Manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance Payroll
Payroll
- Timely distribution of salary, bonus, Salary slip, leave encashment, settlements
- Recording, maintaining, monitoring Daily/Monthly Leave & Attendance
Statutory Compliance Management
- Statutory Compliance & compliance with provisions of Labor Legislation (EPF, ESI, PT etc)
- HR Reports & Documents | Report to management, provide decision support- HR metrics
Experience
- 3 to 5 Years Proven work experience as HR Generalist Professional
- Knowledge of all aspects of HR Preferred
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
