Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and hardworking office administrator with a minimum of one year of experience or more to work at our Ahmedabad-based office. The candidate must provide a commitment to maintain employment with the firm for a duration of more than 1.5 years. The ideal, desirable candidate shall be assigned the following roles and responsibilities:
Office management
Hiring People
Attending calls
Business Development
General accounts & payments
Managing office infrastructure: stationary, daily repair & maintenance
Managing vendor & other appointments and meeting schedules
Checking E-mails
Meeting preparation (PPT/Prints)
Prepare (MOM)
Manage material library and cataloguing
Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi languages
Office management
Maintaining Inventory
Taking Prints
Arranging Catalogue& E-Catalogue
Manage software license
Coordination with Vendors
Purchase listing
Maintenance
Hiring People
Review resume
Call Candidates
List down candidate's information
Set Interview
Support in Business Development if required
Make Strategies
Social media marketing
E-mail marketing
Set regular review meetings
