Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Register patients accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and verified.
- Make phone calls to patients, health care providers to confirm appointments, obtain information, or resolve issues.
- Enter patient data into our computer system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 12th pass or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in patient registration, customer service, or a related field, freshers can also applied
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including electronic medical records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a healthcare setting, primarily in an office environment with all female staff.
