He/she should answer all the relevant questions ofcustomers related to the sales and should tend to resolve them.Roles & Responsibilities Candidate should be interactive with the customers. He/she must have basic computer skills to maintain a properdatabase of the customers. Should answer and clear the doubts and queries of the customer. Clarity of the role of a required tele caller in a company. Should note the customer’s responses Maintain a database regarding information about the customer’sorders and delivery of products and services. Should take the feedbacks of the customers Maintain healthy relationships with customers related to sales. Should aim at satisfying the customer’s need and wants Must have etiquettes to talk with the customer Candidate should be aware of the market updates of daily orweekly basis. Candidate must use a pre described sales script to interact withthe customer.Requirements Graduation in any area or a High School diploma. 2 years of experience in sales or any other matching job likeCustomer Care Executive or Sales executive. A professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)will be beneficiary. Super impressive communication skills are required. Candidate
