The selected candidate musthave those excellent communication skills which can convince orinduce the customers regarding the products and services of thecompany. He /she must have the ability to handle the hurdles of thesales of the company.As a responsible candidate he/she should be aware of the salespolicies of the company as well should follow all the policies createdby the company. Candidate should be capable of judging theircustomers. He/she should answer all the relevant questions ofcustomers related to the sales and should tend to resolve them.Roles & Responsibilities Candidate should be interactive with the customers. He/she must have basic computer skills to maintain a properdatabase of the customers. Should answer and clear the doubts and queries of the customer. Clarity of the role of a required tele caller in a company. Should note the customer’s responses Maintain a database regarding information about the customer’sorders and delivery of products and services. Should take the feedbacks of the customers Maintain healthy relationships with customers related to sales. Should aim at satisfying the customer’s need and wants Must have etiquettes to talk with the customer Candidate should be aware of the market updates of daily orweekly basis. Candidate must use a pre described sales script to interact withthe customer.Requirements Graduation in any area or a High School diploma. 2 years of experience in sales or any other matching job likeCustomer Care Executive or Sales executive. A professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)will be beneficiary. Super impressive communication skills are required. Candidate
