Looking for a female customer relationship manager/Executive for a jewelry showroom with experience of 1 to 8 years in any retail outlet
To provide exceptional customer service by greeting their needs and demonstrating to the customer about the products.
To advise the clients on current trends and development.
To take care of the inventory in the store and clarify the customer's queries and complaints.
Coordinate inventory control, merchandising, and store maintenance.
To manage the sales goals, budgets, and devised sales forecasts.
Display VM and arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and trend.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
